Make the real workflow visible

Process Mapping

I lead process mapping sessions to help companies understand how work is actually being done, where the gaps are, and what the process should look like going forward.

Many companies have processes that live in people’s heads instead of being clearly documented. Process mapping helps get those differences out in the open so the company can agree on one clear way to work.

My role is to come on site, work with the people who actually do the work, and walk through the process step by step. I help document the current state, identify gaps and delays, challenge unnecessary steps, and define a better future state.

Process mapping can be used before an ERP implementation, during acquisition integration, or as a stand-alone operational improvement effort. The value is getting the right people in the room, understanding what is really happening, agreeing on how the work should be done, and giving the company a practical path to improve it. The goal is to help the company move from informal, inconsistent, or undocumented processes to clearer workflows, better ownership, fewer unnecessary steps, and a more consistent way of operating.
