I manage facility relocation and consolidation projects from early planning through move execution, operational transition, close-out, and handover.

Facility relocation is about moving an existing operation without losing control of production, inventory, equipment, people, vendors, or customer commitments. The work has to account for space needs, equipment movement, warehouse setup, ERP locations, utilities, racking, production continuity, and the facility being left behind.

My role is to help organize the move before it creates disruption. That includes defining requirements, coordinating site evaluations, planning equipment and inventory movement, managing vendor activity, tracking open items, and keeping the relocation tied to operational readiness.

A successful facility relocation depends on planning the work in the right order. Equipment, inventory, utilities, IT, racking, people, vendors, and production schedules all have to move together without creating unnecessary downtime. The goal is to complete the relocation with clear planning, controlled execution, accurate inventory movement, minimal disruption, and a facility that is ready to operate.
