Company-side ERP project leadership
ERP Implementations
I work as your company’s ERP champion, helping keep the internal team aligned and the implementation partner accountable. My role is to organize the project, coordinate internal subject matter experts, manage follow-up, track decisions and risks, and keep the work moving from planning through go-live.
ERP implementations are operational projects, not just software projects. They affect accounting, production, inventory, purchasing, reporting, customer service, leadership decisions, and how people do their daily work.
One of the most important steps is understanding how the company works before the ERP partner starts burning billable hours. Process mapping helps document current workflows, identify gaps, clarify decisions, and align internal teams before configuration, customization, testing, and training begin.
As your company’s ERP champion, I am not there to sell an unrealistic project schedule. I help build a plan the company can actually execute, taking into account internal workloads, decision timing, data cleanup, testing cycles, training, resource limits, and the reality that people still have their normal jobs while the project is underway.
The goal is to create a project plan that can be managed, challenged, adjusted, and delivered — not a date that looks good on day one but falls apart once the real work starts.
I have managed ERP implementations and upgrades across full project lifecycles, including transitions from legacy and manual systems to modern integrated platforms. This is not just about installing software. It is about helping the company get through the implementation with clear ownership, practical coordination, better visibility, cleaner processes, and a system people can actually use.
