Company-side acquisition leadership

Acquisition Management

I work as the company-side project manager during acquisitions, helping ownership and executive leadership keep the work organized from due diligence through acquisition close, post-close integration, and operational readiness.

Acquisitions involve more than financial review and legal documents. They affect people, systems, customers, vendors, inventory, facilities, reporting, operations, and how the acquired company will actually function after the deal closes.

My role is to help manage the work that happens between the executive decision and the operational reality. That includes coordinating due diligence activity, creating the acquisition project plan, tracking open items, managing follow-up, documenting decisions, and helping make sure the company is ready for what happens after close.

After the acquisition closes, the work shifts from review to execution. I can help connect the acquired business with the parent company, coordinate process reviews, support operational alignment, and keep transition work moving. The goal is to help leadership move through the acquisition with better organization, clearer follow-up, faster integration, less disruption, and a practical path from deal close to operational readiness.
