Why Me

I started at a drafting board, moved into AutoCAD doing electrical design, and spent time on the shop floor performing pre-shipment checkouts of electrical controls as an electrical design engineer. I also served as Quality Manager, making sure equipment left the company meeting the highest internal standards.

Over time, that technical background grew into IT leadership, export compliance, and operational project management. That experience has given me a practical view of how work actually moves through a company.

Many projects fail in the gaps between departments. Operations, accounting, IT, production, vendors, and executive leadership may all be involved, but no one person is assigned to keep the work organized, decisions moving, and follow-up visible.

My role is to step into that gap. I work on the company’s side of the table, helping organize the work, coordinate the people involved, hold outside partners accountable, and keep the project moving without adding unnecessary corporate noise.
